Cross Country – Coach: Shannon Hall
Cross country is a fall sport that begins two weeks before school starts and runs through the first week of November. Races usually take place on golf courses and/or up in the mountains. Races are slightly over three miles in length and are usually ran Saturday mornings. Cross country is a great life time sport and keeps you in shape for winter and spring sports. As a team we do many fun activities such as barbecues, movie nights and a community service project. Come out to run for Lakeland, but more importantly come out and get in shape for "LIFE".
Football – Coach: Mike Schroeder
Football is a fall sport open to all students in grades 9-12. Practice begins about two weeks before school starts and the season runs until early November. There is varsity, junior varsity and C teams. Teams generally play 7-9 games during the season.
Volleyball – Coach: Kelsie Badger
Volleyball is a fall sport open to all girls in grades 9-12. Practice begins about two weeks before school starts and the season runs until the end of October. There is varsity, junior varsity and C teams. Teams generally play 14-20 games during the season.
Swim – Coach: Michelle Dansereau
Swimming is a school recognized sport that is funded by the swimmer. Swimmers practice in Coeur d'Alene at the KROC Center 4 nights a week. Meets are usually on Saturdays. The season runs from late August to the end of October. State qualifiers can earn a letter. The best exercise for anyone, come be a part of a growing sport!

Soccer is a fall sport open to all students in grades 9-12. Practice begins about two weeks before school starts and the season runs until the end of October. There are varsity and junior varsity teams. Teams generally play 14-20 games during the season.
Boys and Girls Golf – Coach: Colleen Hall
Golf is a fall sport open to all students grades 9-12. Practice runs from the second week of August to October. There are varsity and junior varsity teams that golf 10-15 matches during the season.
Boys and Girls Basketball – Coaches: Boys – Caleb De Fabiis Girls – Caelyn Caufield
Basketball is a winter sport open to all students in grades 9-12. Practice begins in early November and the season runs until the end of February. There is varsity, junior varsity and C teams. Teams generally play 14-20 games during the season.
Wrestling – Coach: Will Edelblute
Wrestling is a winter sport open to all students in grades 9-12. Practice begins in November and the season runs until the end of February. There are varsity and junior varsity teams. Wrestlers generally wrestle 20-30 matches during the season.
Softball – Coach: Dwayne Curry
Softball is a spring sport open to all girls grades 9-12. Practice begins at the beginning of March and the season runs until the end of May. There are varsity and junior varsity/C teams. Track is a spring sport open to all students grades 9-12. Practice begins at the beginning of March and the season runs until the end of May. There are varsity and junior varsity teams. Teams generally compete in 10-15 meets during the season.

Tennis is a spring sport open to all students grades 9-12. Practice begins at the beginning of March and the season runs until the end of May. There are varsity and junior varsity teams. Teams generally compete in 10-15 meets during the season.
Cheerleading – Coach: Cynthia Peck
Cheerleading is open to all students in grades 9-12. Practice begins about two weeks before school starts and the season runs until early March. There are varsity and junior varsity squads. Cheerleaders cheer for fall/winter sports and compete in regional and state competitions.
Dance – Coach: Laura Kelley
Dance is open to all students in grades 9-12. Practice begins about two weeks before school starts and the season runs until early March. Dance team competes in regional and state competitions and performs during LHS sporting events throughout the year.
